• To share property details with partner investors and title companies when needed to make or close an offer.

Your answers are processed by an AI tool to generate estimates. Those estimates are not offers.

What we don't do

We never sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use a customer-relationship platform to store your inquiry and communicate with you, and hosting and AI providers to run this site. They may process your information only on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
